| go to a suspension expert like K Tec, the 749R uses a different rocker and arm to other models, its got different leverage ratios and progression. Remember settings for road are a lot different to track and the tuners will need to know what kind of roads you ride on, i run a softer set-up on my 999S just because theres a lot of bumps and changes in road surface on my normal roads, I've tried swapping springs to 6 kg lighter and 5 heavier on rear and tried different ride heights front and rear, I left damping settings at factory until i got the springs and geometry sorted, only then can you start to get the best from the knobs and adjustors. |
