| Hmmm....you can take the drain plug out of one of the carbs - but I'd turn the fuel off first under the tank. Just put some rags under the carbs to catch the fuel.
I wonder if you have had water in the tank and its now in the carbs?
Is this all something that happened suddenly or has it been getting progressively worse??
