2. 5250 revs isn't it? Can't remember why this is though!
4. The incoming fuel/air mixture actually cools the engine, not enough fuel, not enough cooling, engine gets hotter.
5. I think the Ducati FI systems (the earlier ones anyhow) map both cylinders the same even though the system is capable of mapping them differently.
6. Otto cycle
7. Something to do with the perfect ratio of fuel to air to make the fuel burn. 14.7 : 1 rings a bell.
