Talking 1 week to go 'till paintwork starts !
With a week to go before Jay at Finishline starts on my paintwork:

I decided that my DP Carbon seat unit would look better with the top vents in..........so with the aid of my trusty cordless and some needle files & 1 hour later...................back in the bat cave

Much nicer ! ooh can't wait, getting excited about modifying again

JUST NEED A COUPLE OF SMALL PIECES OF SILVER MESH, ANYONE GOT ANY SPARE OFF-CUTS PLEASE ?

I hope that Jay is on better form than when he had my Triton tank. 2 and 1/2 months to spray and apply decals . Sadly not going to use again.

Wink Finishline
Come on Dougal,
give him a break, it wasn't exactly a pristene example of a tank was it ?
he did get loadsa grief with it reacting all over the place, I saw him paint it at least 4 times, he was tearing his hair out over it !
he could have given it back before looking poo, but he didn't did he ?
sometimes I have had things take longer, but he has always done a cracking job on my stuff so I can't complain

Post a pic of the Triton so I can see it m8

Some reaction, yes. But the time to resolve it was crazy. Plus he had seen it prior to agreeing to do it. A phone call is allways helpfull. Not weeks of no contact.
