Your original codes showed on my bike after I'd washed it. It was the fuel pump relay that had rusted up inside.Apparently they're quite cheap and located behind the battery. Does this help?

Well.....
The dealer now wants my original ECU to try and elimate possible ECU fault.
Thing is it's still in a box(I hope) in my inlaws garage 130 miles away.
Arghhhhhhhhhh.

It WILL be the relay, just like everyone else's !

Glenn had the same problem - he was discussing it at the pub night when you were there.

Bit hard to tell that to a mechanic though.
He was aware of the problems that afflect the relay so not sure what's going on.
I'll give them a ring in a minute and ask some more.

Given who your dealer and mechanic is ... it wouldn't surprise me!
