its for having "not for road" use on them fabio or if you have removed the baffles inside like i did once 5 years ago and got a similar fine
they cant just do you for sound without a sound meter which is very unlikely to be in there van, unless rushjob or andy can correct that?

True. I got pulled over specifically for having a set of loud pipes on in Tenterden, Kent. Officer really liked them, thought it sounded great, but had to do it. Small fine and some advice on which roads to avoid that day!

Really hope it doesn't turn into points for a visor, that is bloody stupid. Blinded by the sun, or see perfectly well?? I wonder which is the safer. And yes I carry a clear visor on me at all times in an arse-bag in case i get stopped.

Ade.

NOT HAPPY..

So you chose not to accept a penalty at the roadside? £60?.........Of course they are going to sting you with the costs.........and i would say it was Court costs.......just my opinion mind!

Road Runner, shame there werent any Vauxhall Corsas with 12" tailpipes around to distract him from your probably less noisey cans............oh but I forgot, if you are 17 & wear a baseball cap and drive a pimped car it's alright to make loadsa noise with your subwoofers & exhaust isn't it ?!
bl**dy Rsoles drive past my house all hours of the night with dross & base blarin out !
