I have no spacers. The shoulder on the axle pin is one spacer and that faces to the bearing. The opposite side has the speedo drive as the spacer. Again, no washers except for speedo drive compnents. Make sure the theaded spacer is fully seated and piched up before you start to assemble the rest though.

Hi Rob when you say make sure the threaded spacer is fully seated in which direction ie dose it push in from the outside and rest at a stop?

I've been out to the garage I see what you mean thanks mate there is one more problem (I have not tried to seat that spacer in further yet) any idea why the plastic speedo drive is toutching the allen bolts holding the brake disc to the wheel??

Maybe the wrong speedo drive. Other than that, no idea.

BTW, my bike is fitted with Ohlins and 5 spoke mag marchie's. There may be some differences.....

Sure, what sort of shots do you want. I have loads of this winters rebuild and a bunch of different detail shots so it's possible to get at assembled the same way again :-)

Hi, yeah wrong bolts holding the discs on? they should have shallow heads to clear the speedo drive,normal allen heads are too deep but bolts sold on ebay are normally wrong! check these out.
