Is it just me, or can't we see the Avatars anymore?

Have you tried checking in your options (in your user settings)?
there is a specific box to tick if you dont want to see avatars etc.

also, if you have selected work friendly white as your background, then apparently you dont get them there either!

Otherwise, its worth dropping a pm to the webteam Steve
