Hayfever seems to be very popular at the mo.
Makes biking a bitch, it's like mainlining the stuff, not nice.
PS last year I went back for the hayfever jab and was told they dont give it anymore, bummer, however the doc gave me a course of steroids that sorted it good and proper.
Going back this weds to see if I can have some more for this year.
Not sure how they decide who gets it or not, but for me it really affects my chest and makes breathing, (properly), hard. Worth an ask if you really are struggling with it though.
