does anyone know how to post videos on here as an attachment?

I've converted it to a zip file but the limit is 97kb - video is 1.7mb!!

am i missing something or is that it??

your file is way too big mate, try to find a way to host it somewhere on the web and pass us the link to it.

There's loads of free video hosting services out there.

Try http://video.google.com - it's free and they don't insert any advertising into your clip. Or http://videos.streetfire.net/ - they are basically for videos of anything fast with an engine; cars, bikes etc.

Both these services provide you with links that allow you to "share" your videos elsewhere. For example, the video in this article is actually hosted by someone else on Streetfire, I've just embedded it into my post - http://kapitalmoto.co.uk/node/83
