Hmmm...for such a new bike I would be inclined to claim on the insurance (if it's fully comp) and get the bits replaced.

Bits do come up on eBay, but as you say it might take a while to complete your shopping list. The other thing is that, almost by definition, the panels on eBay have been taken of bikes that have been in scrapes themselves and are usually cosmetically challenged.

The other way around it is to buy the bits you can fit yourself (swapping a handlebar is easy enough) and find a paint shop that knows what they're doing with bikes - you'll be surprised what they can do with your gravel rashed panels
