Not jealous Tony!

I am still trying to find an idea of where to go with a wife, 5 year old and 1 year old at some point in last 2 weeks of august.

I have ideas ranging from Keycamps in Brittany (not too much of a drive) to Scotland (fly!). Bloody expensive though all of them. First year we have had to go in the school holidays.

Our local airport flies to Pisa so if anyone knows of a cheap but family friendly place to stay near there it would be appreciated.

God I need a holiday!

We've been looking at those flights too v cheap, we think we may just wing it get a flight and hire a car when we get there. I've found everyware is family friendly in Italy (isn't it) may even get accross to the Ducati factory.

Well, you could take the family to that particular beach if you like

It's Palm Beach, on the Gold Coast. You could get return flights for as low as £600 return per adult!!

TP You slightly missed the "we have £300 each to spend bit".

Why not do a bike ride in Ireland if your money will stretch, quiet roads, nice people, well my Irish friends are anyway.

My last holiday was here... http://www.emiliosbar.com/

Fly to Jerez from Stansted (about £12 each) and it's about 20 miles in a hire car (about £100 a week) and the apartments are about 2 miles from Cadiz for going out etc, but they're based in a very secluded and quiet port. The owners Emilio & wife (forget her name) have a little bar there too. We had the cheapest apartment, about £180 I think.

You'll have plenty of spare wonga from you £600.

or....

How about one of Dickieducati's Croatian apartments???

Hi Glyn,

No were off to Spain, not Egypt but we did notice some exceptional deals there at the mo.

Funny enough we doing what Dom said, fly to Jerrez on cheap flight, hire car and appartment.
