Used them with two and 4 pad calipers, noticed no noise or vibration. However they did knock a set of pads out in one track day, maybe the pad material was incompatible with the discs? Apart from that they are no better or worse than original, and only fitted as I liked the look of them. Now in the process of having them converted to 'float' a little more.

Yep, I get the vibes with 2 pad calipers too and didnt used to get them with the DP floaters. I dont track the bike so i'm ok with them, but they aren't inspiring!!

Hmmm - interesting.

Ducy2 - did the pads get knocked out of your 4 pad or your 2 pad claipers? This is something I would prefer to avoid.

I can see an upside to this though - if the buzzing stops, you've locked the front wheel

It was the 4 pad calipers that had the problem

thanks for your responses guys,

I am gathering some interesting feedback from the various boards I have posted the question.

Seems like the buzzing is common, but not inevitable.

If I get a definitive answer I will tack it into this thread for anyone who is interested.

BTW - the supplier of the discs says that he is sending me a set of replacement discs immediately - if this is the case, I am impressed with his service and I will post his details here when I receive them.
