Hi, if its any help i had this problem on a Honda a few years ago. The kit had a bolt that runs the length of the engine and connects with a bracket on the other side. If all else fails you could buy a bolt and fix through the belly pan (assuming theres a bracket on the other side?)
Thanks for the pics, looking at them I see the v piece sits infront of the bellypan, which would give more room to align with your bracket, however my bellypan sits behind the v piece so I need to align here see pic, as Chief RB was saying, I guess I could still use the bracket, will have a think and get back to you.
I think they would do just the job, did you make the brackets up yourself? I am trying to fit the bloody nose cone, which as you will see is way out with the side panels.
