Smile Surrey lodger sought!!!

AS some of you may well know, Kim and i were looking seriously into the idea of moving to Germany. However, after alot of number crunching and other circumstances beyond our control, we have had to amend our plans for the interim which are now to still purchase a place in Germany but for the immediate future the plan is to stay in Germany during the summer months and return over the winter and work our nuts off!!

For this to work we need to fill our vacant room. It is as follows so to test the water have a butchers at this:-

Room To Let

We are a laid back house hold of bikers (mainly Ducati but love all bikes!! Classic or New). We own a house in Redhill (Near Gatwick). We have a spare double room that we are looking to fill. Would suit a mature geezer in full time employment wiv a GSOH and who doesn’t smoke but is pure carnivore as our other room is occupied by a Ducati owning ex-butcher!!. All facilities, satellite tv in room, then free reign of the rest of the house including the washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, cooker, steamer, Iron (whoever still uses one) etc……… excellent garden for supping a beer or two hic hic in the summer. Open fire in the winter. A classic and loved Ducati in the dining room. Basically a lovely, comfy home. In addition we have a “Fort Knox”, carpeted garage with full facilities i.e. electric etc… Available from (Depends when right candidate needs it). Furnished or unfurnished (depends on what right candidate has already got). Although we have a cleaner once a week, we would ask that you be respectful and tidy in the house. We are close to Mainline Station, M25, Gatwick Airport. Heaven can be reached £350 + bills per calander month.

U2U us if you might be interested

It is good. We run a great friendly house. But we prefer to be near the Nurburgring thru the summer. Of to look at German residences end of this month.

As an update we are now in the process of buying the German house, so the plan is given the green light. So if you know anybody or you are in need of a place to live please u2u me and we could talk further. I'd like to get the room filled by someone known to us or others rather than an absolute stranger.
Regards
Roy and Kim
