| Yes but the headlamp shell is available for £95, the cover is about the same and the exhaust is just the assymetric version about £900 which probably is about the same amount as the 749R slipper clutch, larger tank etc.
How any manufacturer can justify the huge price increases for a larger engine is beyond me, surely they cost roughly the same to make, they all use the same basic parts only larger bores/ pistons etc.This applies to every manufacturer. Fair enough when you are getting better forks, shocker, damper etc but most of the japanese bikes are exactly the same apart from the engine. |
