Jeez, 20mm fork drop AND jack up bolts?? You won't need to even touch the bars to get it to turn, just use 'The Force!'

I'd bring the forks back to either level or 5mm. Mine are level and it's just right, shakes its head a little but not an uncomfortable amount.

Too true, I should think you'd find 20mm drop and jack up bolts a bit skittery.

From memory, I think that Sparkin's 888 had jack up bolts and about 10mm drop when I rode it - just about right for me, so I'll set my T8 up like that over the winter. But then, I do like a quick turning bike and I've got the rear ride height on my ST set up high - At the most extreme setting I had it on the centre stand wouldn't even hold the bike stable, but that was overkill
