| Registered Forum User BSB Star  Posts: 5,682 Join Date: Jun 2001 Location: NW England Mood: Soon my pet, soon It's funny reading this thread all this bling etc which is way OTT for the road, to be fair my R is pretty much a track bike now as it's just too much for the road, if I throw it down the track then so be it, my error it's only a bike and I'd hope I've taken enough precautions to make sure it doesn't cost too much to sort. I can name a few peeps with various Italian exotica who've come off on the road and even at low speeds their bikes have ended up in the scrap pile due to hitting kerbs, lamp posts, street signs, street lights, stationary vehicles etc, from that basis you're far better off on the track and then you can get to test some of this bling to what it was intended for....  | |
