Your quite right....ride height was checked as these piccies where taken as the bike was received from the previous owner.

Good job I checked...i needed to raise the saddle by another 20 mm...I kid ye 'not!

Yeah, nice bike if time-triallings your thing, but it would be even better in red and, more importantly, with proper Italian components, not that stuff from some wannabee Oriental company

Time trials for fun (!) and as a means of training for an Ironman Tri next year...taking it out tomorrow for its first blast...10 mile TT...fingers crossed its dry.

Best of luck....If you're blessed with a nice flat-back aero position, that thing will fly....mate of mine returned to time-trialling a couple of years ago... Last year, at the age of 44 he did a 20:40. When we were racing in the late 70's / early 80's he struggled to get under 22 minutes (I was faster than him then...don't think I would be now!)

And, of course, between 20 and 30 mph, you'll be a sight more comfortable than you would be on a 748!
