Thanks guys....Im from East London.

Can any one recommend any learning schools to help me get to know my bike and learn to ride it 'as it should be ridden'. I would much prefer to get this experience on a track where its much safer rather than out on the road. I class my self as a 'fair weather rider' and have previously ridden the bike to to pose around in.

All suggestion welcome (I hope no one recomends the CBT again)

CSS is quite good - so I've heard
