I've followed the same good rider on a 583 and a 620 and corner speed was always the same, the only difference was the straight line speed which I think is shown in the lap times between the best 583 and the best 620.

Maybe the top 583 riders are trying extra hard as they do have the least hp and when they move up they find the extra 10hp a luxury !

And that i think is possibly the downside !...if all of a sudden the 583'ers have that extra 13 bhp to play with on the straights they might start loosing some of the pressure to keep the cornerspeed and braking so late..!?.i think 2 years on the 583 may instill the mental attitude to use the extra power AND mantain the cornerspeed....!!

I think the 2 years on the 583 have made me a better rider...but its an assumption...................

Its DD and its Fun maybe you race in the class which you think offers you the best fun for effort.........!
