No, it's only when hot and running. it's a similar sound to a fan belt slipping!

MMMmmm, i would suggest you get someone to check it over before you run it any more . Sounds like something a bit more suspect. Sorry mate
Try calling Mike at MDracing in Ewell , 07783 024248. Or your dealer.
Possible oil problem or maybe a cambelt pulley bearing giving up. Difficult to say for sure.

Well nice bloke. Does mine and others.
Maybe even worth a polite call tomorrow at a sensible hour. He can collect as well.

I had that, it was just after i had my new belts fitted, it sorted itself out after 100 miles though.
