Err running it in but yes the it does go well.

As for the jap ****gers I have had my Duke fix for now, I am sure i will have another one when they throw away the UGLY stick.

Really? My wheezy old 800ss spanked a load of them on the Brampton to Alston road on Sunday...mind you I was forced to use more than 7000rpm on the odd occasion.

Give us a report after 2/3,000 miles, you should have a good idea what they are like to own/ride by then.

Have been thinking about swopping the 996 for either the 750 or r1.
