not sure if you are agreeing, disagreeing or placing me in the camp which is moaning/causing trouble?

my thought is, but by having a positive 'can do' rather than negative 'cant do' how could this make it easier to control issues when they arise? And what difference could it make to some of the 'police state' comments levelled at the WT? its not censoring, its respecting.....
