Hi, Neil i belive the same part is used on the 916's only it's coloured black and fitted up by the headstock.I think it's the air pressure sensor off the top of my head,but i may be wrong.

Absolute Pressure Sensor
Pressure : 100Kpa ...

Black item on 9xx generations and Blue on 8xx ...

Duc ref : 552.400.21.A
