Rear hub looks like its Corse size or bigger, maybe MV size, doubt if it will take my mag wheels off my 998

I m with you on this one,if look again and imagine the fairing without the gaffer tape etc, it could be a looker me thinks.

It's the tail end that looks really suspect to me. Those cans just aren't good, and they'll look worse with a plate underneath them. There's something not quite "right" about them.
