The diagnostic connector is a three way jobbie. It comes out of the rubber neck that seals the main ECU loom. Not sure what the two way connector is? I have a bike in here at the moment that appears to have this looked up to the alarm. If I remember rightly, it's a spare on my 748. I'll have a delve through the info I have here. The fuel pump is switched off one of the relays under the seat. The fuel level sensor is just an on/off switch with the float making the contact to light up the warning light.
