Schools and charities did take old PC's but certainly schools have been advised by most LEA's not to go near them.
CRT screen and inkjet printers are already classed as hazardous waste, - I was told that the only place in Europe to be able to dismantle them (dangerous gas apparently) is in Germany.  |
