On the way to Cadwell last weekend I passed Newark .... now what could that be an anagram for I wonder

Quite straightforward to fill in the forms, as Dickie said, but you do have to give sufficient reason for the divorce to be granted. It's pretty much a rubber stamp job if they're properly filled in but you don't want to risk not getting the divorce for lack of grounds. If you want to get the forms from the court then give me a buzz for a bit of guidance on what to put on them, PM me for my phone number and I'll go through it with you.

It really depends on the reasons and the timeframe. UK Law allows a 24 month time period for divorce but in Oz its 12 months. This is dependant on what the reason for divorce is.

I'll let you know when I've finished
