Thanks Guys. I have downloaded the forms. Cost me 40 quid. It costs £330 in court costs which she said we would split. Annoying thing is I have to instigate everything even though she left me and were both happy and moved on. But all the forms are biased against me in literal sense regarding the children and maintainance. I know it will be ok but the wording is set up like its always the bloke who left her to cope with kids and shes divorcing me. Wish she would and paperwork would be a doddle.
