That's great news - I got court documents delivered yesterday ... I wish you all the best in the process, mine is not going nearly as smoothly.

I managed to buy her out of the house, kept my pension and was awarded prime carer status by the court for my sons, and she has to pay me 50p per child per year maintanance.

Quite a good result methinks.

And I kept the bikes as well.
