Didn,t no that about telling you what lap you are on.I usually pray for it to end as soon as my lungs stop functioning properly.......usually at the end of the third lap then!!!!!!!!!!!

You dont need to go any faster griff !
We need you to slow down a bit more so we can catch up and race with you

I started using a laptimer recently, and found it good in any kind of practice, as dom says, and really wished I'd put it on at cadwell on sunday, cos I find it difficult to keep my pace up after I've managed to overtake someone ... but in close races like most of us have been having, you would need 2 sets of split times as well !
I'm thinking of fitting magnifying rear-view mirrors instead to scare me into thinking the following riders are really close
