I'm sitting here polishing the lower fairings of the 996r (polish on, polish off, ..Mr Miagi ) (well , it has to be relative to the DSC ) when i happened on your thread.I totally agree with you. I have 2 sons who were bought up on the principle that there was "no such thing as a free meal" .I made sure that they got educated , one son is an Engineer and the other son is a Mechanic.
Both are "Time served",but they both now say to me that depending on who you are and where you come from it's all for nothing.
