This was last winters project. Had promised myself since 1978 that i would build one after i turned one down for £160.
Most of the bits are from auto jumbles , ebay and hunting down. The motor is a 650 tr6 in standard trim. As i wanted to run standard for a while before i start to do any work on the motor. It runs ok has led the Surrey bimble run. is great run to ride. The onle things i didn't do on it as i farmed it out, were lacing the rims and paintwork.
Have built a dozen or so bikes over the years , but this one is for me to keep. Normally i get fed up and sell it after a while of use.One of the other interesting ones i built was a tuned xbr500 lump in a tzr125 deltabox frame, but that is another tale.

Be interested to hear what you do to the motor if you decide to "breathe" on it a bit ! I've got a couple of spare kickstart return springs knocking about somewhere if you ever break yours, they did seem a bit prone to breaking. We also devised a method of stopping the pushrod tubes from leaking oil. I know of the whereabouts of a Triton and once I've made space in the garage by selling the ST2 it could well be in there as a winter project.

No deffinate plans at the moment. Othere things on the go , house in Germany/ overseeing Kim's NC30. Plus all else that life serves up.
Will probably stay 650 as 750's are a bit too vibey. May well stay with a single carb as the midrange is allways better on a sinle carb as oppossed to twin. cams pistons and porting will more than likely be the 1st stage. We'll see in the coming years. Want to keep her rideable and reliable.
