I'm a published author too...look...well over 5000 posts on this site

Seriously, I have had a big article published in a magazine called 'Performance Improvement'. It's nothing as exciting as improving bikes performance, it's a trade magazine issued by the 'International Society for Performance Improvement' and my article was about methodologies for improving the performance of groups of people, or teams, in the workplace...which is what I do.

Or to be more accurate, it's what I did in my last role before moving to a job that has me within a hairs breadth of saying "you can stick thi f****** job up your f******* a***" about 5 times every day.
