I built one on a wideline frame, put in a fairly trick motor for its day; 6T bottom end with the T120 Bonneville barrels, Splayed head with central plugs, high comp pistons, E3134 cams and a K2FC magneto, ran on 2 big Amal Monobloc carbs.

Thinking back I reckon our rear tyres were about the same width as the fronts on most modern sports bikes and the profiles were far from ideal. Maybe some of you other "old boys" will remember the Avon "Trigonic" tyres ?
