yep,

Got a set fitted to my 50mm Termis on the sps. Seem to work ok really. Had to drill a little hole at the bottom of each pipe to fit a small bolt to secure em. Use em for MOTs etc. Oh and When I take the bike to work.

From a distance it makes the pipes look almost standard and knocks of the "boom" that the race can makes. Does not seem to affect the running of the bike either.

My even work out better on your 748 engine as mine is a 996 with full 50mm system so may have a bit more bass.

yeah, i saw his stuff, but couldn't read the auction info.... not overly concerned with issues about their quality, as the bosch are a bit handy with the old light engineering, so no doubt the stuff is well manufactured, just was worried i might not be buying the correct item.

price? perhaps the other chap's baffles are not priced per pair?

bit of a daft question.....will 48mm be the right size for 50mm ends?

yep,

They slot in real easy with a few mm clearance. Once bolted they do not move. Im pleased with em.

Not really a bit of kit to get excited about like a bit of bling for example but certainly knocks off the "boom boom" of the race cans.

Funny thing is today I took mine out as I wanted to have full sound today. Just to make the car drivers pull over and get outer my way on the M3 this morning.
