That's certainly the reason i bought my first 916, from watching Foggy in WSB and watching a film called 'Fled' i think it was, onle of the Baldwin boys.....
i wanted a Ducati from then until i finallly bought one....
The R1 was simillar, but slightly different, that was because people said it was such an animal and a hooligans bike... the fact i liked the way it looks too helped greatly.
