Mood: Channel Swim is now a (bad) memory not a dream
after the comments of a certain person about the picture of me in Pronto, I will be concentrating on looking good.

In my defence

Guy was using a zoom lens
I had a copy of Twist of the Wrist stuffed down my front
My back protector has a large protusion at the front
The leathers were tailormade 4 years ago before my extensive stomach building exercise regime
I was leaning over at the time
I was breathing in at the time
My schedule for that week was 'hair'
I usually need advance notice to stick my chest out which compensates for my stomach
I have deliberately 'bulked up' so as not to be out of sync with the rest of the No Limits team

The opposite< I got rid of the in garage swiming pool, as Andy 900SS knows where I live I was worried he would be around using it for training all the time
