The consultant tightened the front of my shoulder capsule, to help prevent the shoulder dislocating again, and if you don't do your physio properly it starts to pull everything out of alignment and causes other flow-on problems. |
Had my right shoulder done 3 years ago and I've never looked back, yes I did all my physio cause I'm a good boy.
