Couldn't agree more. That or make prisoners come out on day work gangs, cleaning graffiti, litter, community work - or just hard labour...who is that Amercian prison govenor who makes the inmates wear pink underwear ( I kid you not) and sleep in tents in the hot summer months? I like him...
