Just a standard Ducati type battery for a 996S. Nothing special I can assure you, however it's not the original. Seem to recall that had a see thru bottom half.

The feet are wide enough spaced that with the weight of the bike bearing down through the support post, it's simply very stable. I have actually climbed up onto the bike while it's suspended up there, cos I wasn't convinced either!
