Are we (DSC) going to continue with our current ISP or is there a competitive competitor in the pipeline?

Perhaps our current ISP will give us a few months FOC as a kind gesture / apology for pulling the plug.
This naturally would encourage us (DSC) to continue our consumer and customer loyalty.

Thanks Eamonn for your effort in getting things back up and running.
Unfortunately these things happen.

Hello RD

I would of thought four months without payment was prity good going for an ISP, as stated by Eamonn

"I was surprised that the ISP neglected to complain earlier about not being paid, equally that they were very quick to turn us off - but by that stage we did owe 4 months payments!"

We will continue with our current 12 month contract until it expires in July 2007. Just prior to that date, we will conduct a review of all ISPs (as we did this year) to ensure we get best value for money. If anyone has any suggestions and/or favourites I can provide full details of our requirements nearer the time of renewal - there's no point in looking now as prices are guaranteed to change before renewal time !
