Same here... I had a big problem with my indicator wires blowing the fuse for the stop and horn, so my bike wouldn't start and the alarm would go off whilst riding it (had to push start it). Then the alarm "apparently" was the cause of my ECu going caput, which left me with a nice bill for a new one whilst out in France.

PS - try not to break down in Poitiers - its a very boring place if youre forced to stay there!
