If I were buying I'd get the middle one £428 .. huge spec for the money and reputable firm, offer ends at midnight but they always have one offer or another on, but £400'ish is spot on to get someting worthwhile

have been using and recommending Dells for years. On one right now at work, my third dell laptop here, and have one at home, plus a desktop. Good build, generally good service, reputable name brand. Advent is an unknown to me. Specs alone do not equal high cost performance, but in this case a good track record counts more I would think. Dell must have a good name in Europe as well as here in Japan as I noted many posters suggesting that brand.
