| Hi everyone just to let you know the outcome of my 916 having been broken down for the past 2 months my local garage finally sourced a second ECU and guess what it still tripped the fuel relay after 10 seconds prompting an unplug to re-start. So that confirmed ECU was ok but we replaced the chip and bongo all is well it would appear in the last minutes of its life the rectifier decided to fry my eprom to bits. Now the question is do I leave the standard eprom in while running 45mm Termigonis or source a replacement? dealers says won't make much difference apart from maybe being lumpy at low speeds. What do you think? Also where is the best place to get one? |
