are they better?
To be honest Chris, I doubt that I'm anywhere near talented enough to give you a proper evaluation between the two, but I'll say this: Having done about 500 miles on them, they are still looking very good, turn in rate seems about the same as 010's, and I haven't had any grip problems including some wet riding. They do seem to give more feedback though, as in I seem to be feeling a bit more whats going on down there.
If this helps, 'Bike' did a road tyre test this month. Results (out of 5*):
Ride quality: ***
Under braking: ***
Turn In: ****
Cornering grip: *****
Steering prescision: ***
Steering left/right: ***
Drive/grip out of turns: ****
Confidence: ****
Total score: ****
Overall, they came 3rd out of six, with Dunlop D208 in 2nd, and Michelin Pilot Sport in 1st (both also with a total score of ****.
Incidently, I only had them fitted because my tyre fitter shop had no 010's left (I've always run Bridgestones), but I'm well chuffed with them so far. Hopefully they will be OK for Brands Indy circuit.
Hope this helps mate.
Oh, and I paid £216 ride in/ride out.

Matt
