| Have a wander around you local area. Its quite common that shared blocks of flats have rows of garages that they would have once owned, but the tenants have since sold off.. these then end up on the rental market. The rental company will have a sign on the blocks, or check with the local estate agents as they know who owns everything!
Did the same myself and got a garage in the next street from me.
Expect to pay a bit though, aint cheap in your/our neck of thr woods... |
