| No you didn't dream it Jools, I saw it on the front page of the Evening Standard last night, I didn't get a chance to read the article properly as I was stood in the petrol station, the bnit I read said something about they're leaving alot of cameras in place and they'll still be flashing speeding drivers but there won't be any film in them so no fines will be issued.
Obviously that's going to cause loads of confusion as drivers won't know its a proper camera or not! |
