| It's not getting to the Windows software bit yet, so it looks as if there's a problem with memory, hard disk or mother board.
If you've recently put in new memory, check its seated properly. Check cables going to the hard drives are correctly in place.
Resetting the BIOS may be an option, there's usually a small jumper pin on the mother board that resets the system back to its factory state - where it is depends on the type of motherboard you have.
